After spending hours discussing various local development opportunities and property strategies the idea of F4F was born. Having achieved financial independence through property James wants to help others achieve the same freedom.

We love buying at auction and so should you. We will lend up to 70% of the auction hammer price with rates starting at 0.9% per month.

Bridging is a valuable finance solution for many. We will lend up to 75% of the property value. We do not have a minimum term length.

This is where we specialise in being able to fulfil your business requirements. We will lend up to 75% of the purchase and 100% of the build cost. Rates start at 0.9% with a minimum term length of six months.
