What we do

We offer
three types of finance

Development Finance

This is where we specialise in being able to fulfil your business requirements. We will lend up to 75% of the purchase and 100% of the build cost. Rates start at 0.9% with a minimum term length of six months.

Bridging Finance

Bridging is a valuable finance solution for many. We will lend up to 75% of the property value. We do not have a minimum term length.

Auction Finance

We love buying at auction and so should you. We will lend up to 70% of the auction hammer price with rates starting at 0.9% per month.

Building
Our Future

Investing in our city is really important to us. There is a need for new housing in the city and we believe that investors should not be struggling with red tape to improve their properties and bring them back into use.
